Rated: 4.5/5 "It ended at the biggest cliff-hanger and the next book won't be out for ages!"

This is book five in the series. I'm halfway through at the moment. Dogs are going missing all over town and the Secret Seven have decided to find out why. Then Scamper goes missing too - and he would never follow a stranger...

Rated: 5/5 "It's pretty good so far"

It starts at the end of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, when they are going up in the elevator. Willy Wonka wanted to make a hole in the factory roof so they could go up really high, but Charlie and his Grandfather go up so high they are in Space!

Rated: 4/5 "It's really good but the chapters are really long"

It's about these kids Pixel, Sky and Umal who go to school together. One day the Endermen arrive at school and go to see the principle. They make a portal to the end, where you find that the Wither are trying to kill them. If you wear a pumpkin head and don't look them in the eyes or face, the Endermen won't kill you. They are planning on becoming school principle.

Tallstar's Revenge by Erin Hunter, Review by Aarev

Sometimes to seek revenge you have to take a journey

It's about a guy who starts as a kit and then becomes an apprentice. Some people come into the clan and then Tallstar's father dies, because Sparrow wanted to go into a tunnel which was unstable and he goes in first. Tallstar blames Sparrow for his death. He gets the name Tallclaw and sets off on a journey to kill Sparrow...

Jane Doe and the Cradle of the World by Jeremy Lachlan, Review by Atticus

This book is very complicated. Jane is apparently a cursed child (*cough cough Nevermoor).
There's a strange quake on the island and Jane gets given a key from mysterious Winifred, who leads her down a tunnel and then blows it up behind her. She goes through a door and ends up in a snowy forest.

Rated: 4/5 Reallys "It lost half a point for originality as the first chapters are basically Nevermoor, but it's a good book. The second one is out now."

Tintin and the Land of Black Gold by Herge, Review by Zara

This is about a kid with really cool hair and his dog Snowy. He has this friend Abdulla who is really annoying. He gets kidnapped byt this guy called Joe Smith. They try to kill Tintin and Tintin thinks they tried to kill Snowy. Also this guy gets shot. Tintin finds this guy who punches him down the stairs and into a ship.

Rated: 5/5 Reallys

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J. K. Rowling, Review by Phil

It's mostly about Harry Potter in the Tri-Wizard Tournament. There are three schools but four contestants make it in. The person who wins gets a trophy and 10,000 galleons. My favourite part is when Voldemort and Harry go head to head. Also when Crabbe and Goyle get hexed! There is a big twist near the end...
